Is Governor's Pointe Professionally Managed?

No.  Governor's Pointe is a self-managed condominium.  To contact the manager, please call 561-775-9728.


How many units are in Governor's Pointe?

The building consists of 117 units and was built in 1984.


Are there pet restrictions in the Association?

One (1) pet is allowed which cannot weigh more than 25 lbs when fully mature.  Birds are allowed and cannot weigh more than 5 lbs.  Additional information may be found in the Declaration on page 19, ARTICLE XIII and in the Rules and Regulations in Section 9.


How much are the Quarterly Association Dues?

For 2025, the quarterly dues are $2,962.69 per unit.  


What amenities does the Association provide?

The building has a heated pool, Governor's Room for social events, sauna, gym and a beautiful view from the balcony of the intracoastal and dock.
